Realty developer Signature Global reported a 27% year-on-year decline in Q3 sales bookings to ₹2,020 crore for the quarter ended December, chiefly due to weaker housing sales despite the usual festive demand during the period. The Gurugram-based company sold significantly fewer units and a smaller area compared with last year’s quarter, extending a downturn seen in earlier months.
