EPFO to authorise facilitators to support members with PF account issues.
The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation will soon allow authorised EPF Suvidha Providers to the assist members in accessing benefits and resolving issues with PF accounts. These facilitators will help especially first time and digitally unfamiliar for users, reducing the need to visit offices. A pilot is underway in Delhi and the initiative forms part of a broader digital overhaul to streamline PF services.
