Global equity markets rebound amid renewed optimism on Fed policy

Global stock markets rallied as investor sentiment improved on signs that the Federal Reserve may steer toward more accommodative monetary policy. The U.S. dollar weakened, long-dated Treasury yields fell and emerging market assets outperformed in the lift-off. Analysts cautioned that while macro headwinds remain  including inflation and geopolitical risks the shift in market tone may support further gains if earnings align and liquidity remains ample.
