HDFC Mutual Fund offloads 2.4% stake in TV Today Network

HDFC Mutual Fund sold 14.5 lakh shares, equivalent to about 2.43% of paid up equity in TV Today Network, at around ₹138 per share on January 7, raising about ₹20.01 crore in the open market. Wealth Guardian acquired roughly 3.6 lakh shares, or a 0.6% stake. HDFC Small Cap Fund had owned about 3.03% of the company as of December 2025. TV Today Network shares rose amid heavy volumes following the deal.
