Clients are now asking PR firms to specify how AI will be integrated into workflow, creativity and efficiency in new agency proposals.
PR agencies are seeing a shift in client expectations around artificial intelligence as more brands include AI requirements directly in request for proposals. According to Ruder Finn’s Chief Technology Officer Tejas Totade, notable clients now require agencies to explain how AI will be embedded across deliverables and workflows to boost creativity, efficiency and content generation. Some clients remain cautious about AI in public facing messaging, but many are adopting it for internal planning and scenario analysis.
