Hindustan Zinc achieved its highest ever quarterly profit, sales and EBITDA in the December quarter as silver prices surged sharply and production increased. The Mumbai-based metals producer saw strong contributions from silver output, with elevated precious metal prices reducing cost burdens and lifting revenue. The company, India’s largest silver producer, expects continued strong performance into the next quarter on the back of these favourable market conditions.
