Many taxpayers are still waiting for their income tax refund even after their return shows 'Processed'. If the refund hasn’t reached your bank account, log in to the Income Tax e-filing portal and check status first. For unresolved cases, submit a grievance under 'CPC-ITR' with correct details. You can also contact CPC Bengaluru or SBI if ‘Paid’ shows but funds aren’t credited.
