Shares of asset management companies moved higher after SEBI finalised revisions to total expense ratio limits for mutual fund schemes. The regulator moderated earlier proposals, setting equity scheme caps that aim to reduce investor costs without sharply impacting fund house margins. Debt scheme TER limits were also adjusted to range between 0.70 percent and 1.85 percent depending on assets under management.
