Vodafone Idea Ltd shares rose 6% to ₹15.40 after reporting a 3.8% year-on-year increase in Q2FY26 revenue to ₹10,890 crore. Average revenue per user (ARPU) improved to ₹154 from ₹139 last year, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of growth. The telecom operator’s EBITDA expanded 9% to ₹4,680 crore with a margin of 42.9%. Management cited network modernization and 4G expansion as key drivers of improvement. Vodafone Idea also confirmed talks with lenders for ₹20,000 crore debt refinancing to fund capital expenditure and reduce interest costs in FY26.
