Investor demand for Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality IPO strengthened on the second day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 1.88 times as of December 23. NSE data showed bids for over 2.49 crore shares against 1.32 crore on offer, driven largely by retail participation. The retail segment was subscribed 6.81 times, while non-institutional investors booked 2.22 times their quota. Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 34 percent so far. The ₹250.80 crore issue is a pure fresh issue aimed at hospital acquisitions, capacity expansion, equipment purchases, debt reduction and inorganic growth, with the offer closing on December 24.
