Sectoral mutual funds have posted up to 11% gains in November, despite broader market volatility. While some stocks in the Nifty 500 are down as much as 55% from their 52-week highs, sectoral and thematic schemes have seen a sharp divergence, with investors flocking to momentum-driven sectors. 

NCDEX has announced its plans to launch a digital mutual fund distribution platform with an investment of ₹15 crore. The platform aims to bring mutual fund offerings to Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets through sub-agent FPOs. NCDEX plans to partner with at least five of the 50 AMCs in the first phase. Pending SEBI clearance, the platform is expected to launch by April 2026.
