Cursor Raises $2.3B in Series D at $29.3B Valuation

AI-coding startup Cursor has raised $2.3 billion in a Series D financing round, bringing its valuation to $29.3 billion. The round saw participation from Coatue, Nvidia, Google, and existing backers like Accel and Thrive Capital. Cursor said it will use the funding to accelerate research and build out its Composer agentic-coding model, while expanding its enterprise reach among major software teams.
