Bagmane Prime Office REIT, backed by Bengaluru developer Bagmane Group and global investor Blackstone, has submitted a draft offer document with SEBI for a ₹4,000 crore Real Estate Investment Trust IPO. The issue includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale, and will offer investors exposure to a large portfolio of Grade A office assets concentrated in Bengaluru’s key commercial micro-markets.
