Integris Medtech, a diversified medical technology platform in India, has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI for an IPO. The company aims to raise between ₹3,500 and ₹4,000 crore, including a fresh issue portion. Backed by private equity firm Everstone, Integris plans to use proceeds to expand capacity, strengthen R&D and scale its distribution network. The move marks one of the more ambitious healthcare technology IPOs in recent times.
