Meesho will open its ₹5,421 crore IPO from December 3 to 5 at a price band of ₹105 to ₹111 per share. The offer includes a ₹484 million fresh issue and an OFS from Peak XV and founders. FY25 revenue stood at ₹9,390 crore with 234 million users and 2 billion orders. Listing is set for December 10 on NSE and BSE.
