PNB reports ₹2,434 crore fraud exposure linked to SREI accounts

Punjab National Bank disclosed a ₹2,434 crore fraud exposure to the Reserve Bank of India linked to erstwhile SREI Group promoters. The lender clarified that the account has already been fully provided for in previous financial years.
