Groww’s parent company, Billionbrains Garage Ventures, launched its IPO today with a price band of ₹95-₹100 per share for the ₹6,632 crore issue. On its first day of subscription, the issue saw 57% bid participation with retail segments showing 1.85 times subscription. The offering comprises a fresh issue of ₹1,060 crore and an OFS of ~₹5,572 crore by existing shareholders. The allotment is expected on November 10 and listing on November 12, marking one of India’s most-watched fintech public issues this year.
