Indian IT services provider Coforge agreed to acquire US-based AI engineering firm Encora at an enterprise value of $2.35 billion, expanding its footprint in AI, cloud and data engineering services across the US and Latin America. Encora’s private equity backers will hold about a 20% stake in the combined company, expected to generate roughly $2 billion in annual revenues by March 2027.
