AI startup Giga secured $61 million in a Series A round led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and Nexus Venture Partners. The funding will accelerate global enterprise deployment of voice- and chat-based support agents across sectors including e-commerce, fintech and telecom. Giga said the capital will build its technical team, expand data-centers, and deepen AI model integration for regulated industry use cases.
