Rohit Sharma and Tilak Verma among key investors in Swaraj Suiting’s latest preferential allotment

Swaraj Suiting’s upcoming preferential issue has gained attention after disclosures showed participation from prominent cricket figures, including former India captain Rohit Sharma and young batsman Tilak Verma. They are part of a group of 198 proposed allottees who will receive shares under the company’s latest capital raising plan. The allotment list also includes Satosh Venkateshwaran Iyer, father of cricketer Shreyas Iyer, as well as Kolkata Knight Riders coach Abhishek Mohan Nayar.
