Marico makes True Elements a fully owned subsidiary with 46% stake purchase

Marico Ltd completed acquisition of an additional 46.02% stake in HW Wellness Solutions (brand True Elements), making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The move strengthens Marico’s presence in the health-food segment as demand for functional nutrition accelerates. True Elements recorded ₹150 crore revenue in FY25, growing 38% year-on-year. Marico plans new product launches and integration with Saffola distribution to expand market reach by FY27. Analysts expect margin synergies through shared supply chain and digital channels.
