Wint Wealth is raising about US$20 million in a fresh round to scale its wealth-tech platform and broaden access to fixed income for Indian retail investors.
Bengaluru-based Wint Wealth is negotiating a US$20 million funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast-Asia & India, according to people familiar with the matter. The wealth-tech platform, which allows retail investors to access corporate bonds, securitised debt instruments and NBFC loans, previously raised around US$22 million. The fresh capital will support lending through its NBFC arm, enhance its digital tech stack and scale the business for the mass-affluent segment. Investors cited rising yield-seeking demand and India’s under-penetrated fixed-income retail market as tailwinds for Wint’s growth.
