Ashwini Container Movers launches SME IPO to fund expansion

Market participants are tracking the SME segment as Ashwini Container Movers opened its Rs 71 crore initial public offering on December 12. The Maharashtra based logistics company is offering 50 lakh fresh equity shares, with proceeds earmarked for debt repayment and fleet expansion through new truck purchases. The issue will close on December 16, with allotment expected on December 17 and listing on the NSE SME platform scheduled for December 19.
