UTI AMC to revise ETF trading symbols across NSE and BSE from December 24

UTI AMC will standardise ETF trading symbols on NSE and BSE from December 24 by adding the “BETA” suffix to underlying index names for better clarity.
UTI Asset Management Company has announced a change in the trading symbols of select exchange-traded funds listed on the NSE and BSE, effective December 24. Under the revised format, ETF symbols will reflect the name of the underlying index followed by the suffix “BETA”, creating a uniform naming structure across both exchanges. For example, the UTI Nifty 50 ETF will now trade as NIFTYBETA instead of the earlier UTINIFTETF.
