Bhavish Aggarwal increases pledge on Ola Electric shareholding

Regulatory filings indicate that Ola Electric founder Bhavish Aggarwal has pledged an additional 3.1% stake in the company, raising the total pledged portion of his holding to 13.3%. The move includes two pledges executed in December, with a 3.04% stake pledged on December 5 to enhance collateral backing loans raised against his shares. Aggarwal continues to hold a 30.02% stake in Ola Electric, which currently has a market capitalisation of around Rs 15,054 crore.
