Reliance Restructures Consumer Brands Arm; Tira Beauty Merged Into Newly Formed RCPL

Reliance Industries has undertaken a major restructuring of its consumer brands business by dissolving the existing Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) and creating a new entity named New RCPL. The company confirmed that the composite scheme of arrangement across its retail focused subsidiaries became effective on December 1. As part of this move, Tira Beauty will now operate under the New RCPL umbrella, aligning its identity with Reliance’s broader consumer product strategy.
