AI-data-centre specialist Crusoe has secured $1.38 billion in a Series E funding round at a valuation of roughly $10 billion, according to reports. The Denver-based company originally a crypto-mining firm is pivoting to large-scale compute infrastructure for generative AI, planning expansion across Wyoming and Texas with more than 1.2 GW of capacity. Investors include top tier firms such as NVIDIA Corporation and Valor Equity Partners.
