Zerodha launches mutual fund distribution platform ‘ZFunds’ for retail investors

Zerodha introduced ‘ZFunds’, a dedicated mutual fund investment platform designed to simplify fund discovery, SIP tracking and portfolio rebalancing for retail investors. Announced on 6 November 2025, the service integrates with the company’s existing trading ecosystem and offers zero commission on direct plans. CEO Nithin Kamath said the goal is to democratize fund investing through transparency and lower costs. Analysts view the launch as a strategic expansion into wealth management, adding a new revenue stream for India’s largest retail brokerage.
