Crusoe raises 1.38 billion at roughly 10 billion valuation

Crusoe, a low-carbon AI data-centre developer, has raised $1.38 billion in a Series E round led by Valor Equity Partners and Mubadala Capital, valuing the firm at about $10 billion. The funds will accelerate construction of energy-efficient data-centre campuses and expand Crusoe Cloud’s compute capacity for AI workloads. Strategic investors include Nvidia and Fidelity. Crusoe’s focus on repurposing stranded energy for compute efficiency positions it uniquely amid surging demand for sustainable AI infrastructure. The deal marks one of the largest AI infra fundraises of 2025.
