SkyX launched an AI engine for e-commerce personalisation and conversion optimisation, to be offered as SaaS to merchants.
SkyX announced an AI-driven engine designed to improve conversion rates across its e-commerce portfolio of 60 websites. The product uses behavioural signals and large-language models to personalise product recommendations, dynamic messaging and checkout prompts in real time. SkyX expects early pilots to lift conversion and AOV (average order value) while reducing manual merchandising. Management said the tool will be offered to third-party merchants on a SaaS model and aims to integrate with major payment and logistics partners for end-to-end optimisation.
