Global engineering-solutions firm Cyient is actively evaluating two to three acquisitions over the next 6–12 months, sized between US$20-100 million, to strengthen its capabilities in digital, AI, software, and defence sectors. The company, which remains debt-free with strong cash flows, has also launched a new business unit 'GCS' targeting the GCC region. The move reflects Cyient’s ambition to capture high-growth segments like defence electronics, AI software, and automotive systems integration.
