Saudi Arabian telecom-firm launched a new AI hub in Pakistan on October 19, 2025, aimed at enabling Pakistani professionals and freelancers to serve Saudi companies remotely. The initiative includes major investment in data infrastructure and aims to position Pakistan as a digital services export hub for the Gulf. Pakistani IT Minister Shaza Fatima termed this “just the first drop” and expects billions in future investments.
