Bajaj Electricals’ Q2 profit fell ~24% due to JV losses, higher tax expense and weak cooling-product demand.
Bajaj Electricals posted a net profit of ₹98.6 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, down about 24% year-on-year. The appliance maker reported a loss of ₹47.7 million from a joint venture and a tax expense of ₹56.4 million. Net sales fell 1% to ₹11.03 billion, with its consumer-products business down 4% to ₹8.33 billion. Cooling-product demand remained weak due to a delayed monsoon, and overheads weighed the earnings performance.
