FTI Consulting delivers record $956 million Q3 revenue with EPS up 41% YoY

FTI Consulting reported Q3 2025 revenue of $956.2 million, up 3% year-on-year, while adjusted EPS rose 41% to $2.60 from $1.84. Growth was driven by Corporate Finance & Restructuring (+7%) and Technology (+5%) segments amid strong advisory mandates. Net income climbed to $98.5 million versus $69.9 million a year ago. The company said client demand for dispute resolution and turnaround services remains elevated as interest-rate headwinds impact leveraged sectors. CEO Steven Gunby cited broad-based strength across regions and expects FY25 revenue to surpass $3.8 billion, its highest ever. Shares rose 2% post-announcement in early trade.
