Capillary Technologies India sets IPO price band at ₹549-₹577 as domestic market awaits listing

Capillary Technologies India declared its IPO price band at ₹549 to ₹577 per share ahead of the subscription window opening on 14 November. Capillary Technologies plans a fresh issue of ₹345 crore and an offer-for-sale of 92.28 lakh shares, targeting to bolster its omnichannel retail-tech footprint. 

The valuation signals investor appetite in India’s retail-tech segment even as the IPO market stays active. Investors will watch listing day subscription levels and initial pricing gains for cues on broader retail-tech sentiment in the primary market.
