Sify Infinit Spaces files DRHP for ₹3,700 crore IPO, targeting AI-data-centre boom

Indian data-centre operator Sify Infinit Spaces Ltd filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) seeking to raise ₹3,700 crore. The issue will consist of ~₹2,500 crore fresh shares and ~₹1,200 crore off-load by existing investors including Kotak Data Centre Fund and Kotak Special Situations Fund. Proceeds will fund expansions in Chennai (Siruseri) and Navi Mumbai (Rabale) data-centres amid rising AI, cloud demand in India’s digital infrastructure market.
