Anthropic CEO visits India, pledges Bengaluru office to deepen AI collaboration

Anthropic co-founder and CEO Dario Amodei met Prime Minister Modi in New Delhi to discuss the company’s expansion and India’s emerging AI ecosystem. Amodei said India will play a central role in shaping global AI governance and confirmed plans to open a Bengaluru office by early 2026.
